Terms & Conditions

1. In this Consent the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set out below:

"Data" shall mean all personal Social Media Platform data, derived information, any other information Reel links etc. regarding me/us, including the following in relation to the foregoing Products:

The Company may use my shared reel, link and other details on any social media platform. I will not make any claim on the Company on this.
The Company shall not be obliged to share the artist's details once demanded by the artist.
The decision of selection and rejection of the artist will be taken by the Company itself. I will have no objection to the decision taken by the Company.
The Company will inform only the selected artist. The Company will not give any information to the rejected artist.
If the company charges any registration fee, it will not be refunded. And I will never claim it.
If the link is not uploaded your registration will be automatically rejected by the company.
Only the Guhla Court is authorized for any legal case against the company.

I authorize the Company to process my information or any part of it for any specified purpose.
For the consent, authorization and purposes described above, it will be deemed that I/we have submitted all information under this consent.
I confirm that the information provided and as may be provided by me from time to time is accurate, up to date and complete in all respects.
I agree that the above consent/authorization for the specified purposes shall survive beyond the validity of such application of the product/period/termination of any transaction, to the extent any of the specified purposes survives.
The consents granted or denied under this document do not limit any other consents received or granted.
I acknowledge and confirm that all specified purposes are legitimate purposes.
I confirm that this consent is being given by me/us freely, without any pressure, influence or coercion from any other person, and that this consent is an informed and unconditional consent.
I understand and agree that the processing of information is necessary for the specified purposes.
I acknowledge that the fact that consent has been requested or that I/we are giving this consent does not in itself limit or prejudice any ground or grounds that APARK Associates Private Limited or any processing entity may have for processing the information without consent, and that this consent does not negate any other ground or grounds and is in addition to any such ground or grounds. For clarity, even if this consent is withdrawn, APARK Associates Private Limited and/or the processing entities may continue to process the information for the performance of the contract in relation to the requested products or to take any steps in accordance with the contract or to protect APARK Associates Private Limited's legitimate interests in accordance with it, or when this consent is not the sole ground or grounds for processing.
I acknowledge that as on the basis of this consent APARK Associates Private Limited may enter into a contract in respect of the requested products and that processing of the information is and will be necessary for the purposes of the contract, withdrawal of this consent by me/us will not prevent APARK Associates Private Limited and/or the processing entities from continuing to process the information for the purposes of the contract.

नियमवशर्त

1. इस सहमति में निम्नलिखित बड़े अक्षरों में लिखे गए शब्दों के नीचे दिए गए अर्थ होंगे:

" डेटा " का अर्थ मेरे/हमारे संबंध में सभी व्यक्तिगत सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म डेटा, व्युत्पन्न जानकारी, कोई अन्य जानकारी आदि होगा, जिसमें पिछले उत्पादों के संबंध में निम्नलिखित शामिल हैं:

(ए) कंपनी किसी भी सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर मेरी शेयर्ड रील, लिंक और अन्य विवरण का उपयोग कर सकती है । मैं इस पर कंपनी पर कोई दावा नहीं करूंगा।
(बी) कलाकार द्वारा मांग किए जाने के बाद कंपनी, कलाकार के विवरण साझा करने के लिए बाध्य नहीं होगी ।
(सी) कलाकार के चयन और अस्वीकृति का निर्णय कंपनी स्वयं लेगी। कंपनी द्वारा लिए गए निर्णय पर मुझे कोई आपत्ति नहीं होगी।
(डी) कंपनी केवल चयनित कलाकार को ही सूचना देगी। कंपनी अस्वीकृत कलाकार को कोई भी जानकारी नहीं देगी।
(ई) कंपनी अगर कोई रजिस्ट्रेशन का चार्ज लेती हैं, तो वो वापस नहीं होगा । और मैं उस पर कभी भी क्लेम नहीं करुगा ।
(एफ) यदि लिंक अपलोड नहीं किया गया तो आपका पंजीकरण कंपनी द्वारा स्वतः ही अस्वीकृत कर दिया जाएगा।
(जी) कंपनी के विरुद्ध किसी भी कानूनी मामले हेतु केवल गुहला न्यायालय को अधिकृत किया गया है।

मैं कंपनी को मेरी जानकारी या उसके किसी भाग को किसी निर्दिष्ट उद्देश्य के लिए संसाधित करने के लिए अधिकृत करता हूँ।
ऊपर वर्णित सहमति, प्राधिकरण और उद्देश्यों के लिए, यह माना जाएगा कि मैंने/हमने इस सहमति के तहत सभी जानकारी प्रस्तुत किए हैं।
मैं पुष्टि करता हूँ कि दिया गया जानकारी और जो समय-समय पर मेरे द्वारा दिया जाएगा, सभी मामलों में सटीक, अद्यतन और पूर्ण है।
मैं सहमत हूँ कि निर्दिष्ट उद्देश्यों के लिए उपरोक्त सहमति/प्राधिकरण उत्पाद के ऐसे आवेदन/अवधि/किसी भी लेनदेन की समाप्ति की वैधता से परे, निर्दिष्ट उद्देश्यों में से किसी के जीवित रहने की सीमा तक जीवित रहेंगे।
इस दस्तावेज़ के तहत दी गई या अस्वीकृत सहमतियाँ प्राप्त या दी गई किसी भी अन्य सहमति को सीमित नहीं करती हैं।
मैं स्वीकार करता हूँ और पुष्टि करता हूँ कि सभी निर्दिष्ट उद्देश्य वैध उद्देश्य हैं।
मैं पुष्टि करता हूँ कि यह सहमति मेरे/हमारे द्वारा किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के दबाव, प्रभाव या जबरदस्ती के बिना स्वतंत्र रूप से दी जा रही है, और यह सहमति एक सूचित और बिना शर्त सहमति है।
मैं इस बात को समझता हूँ और सहमत हूँ कि निर्दिष्ट उद्देश्यों के लिए जानकारी का प्रसंस्करण आवश्यक है।
मैं स्वीकार करता हूँ कि यह तथ्य कि सहमति का अनुरोध किया गया है या कि मैं/हम यह सहमति दे रहे हैं, अपने आप में किसी भी आधार या आधार को सीमित या पूर्वाग्रहित नहीं करता है जो अपार्क एसोसिएट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड या किसी भी प्रसंस्करण इकाई के पास सहमति के बिना जानकारी को संसाधित करने के लिए हो सकता है, और यह सहमति किसी भी ऐसे अन्य आधार या आधार का खंडन नहीं करती है और किसी भी ऐसे आधार या आधार के अतिरिक्त है। स्पष्टता के लिए, भले ही यह सहमति वापस ले ली गई हो, अपारक एसोसिएट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और/या प्रसंस्करण संस्थाएं अनुरोधित उत्पादों के संबंध में अनुबंध के निष्पादन के लिए या अनुबंध के अनुसार कोई कदम उठाने के लिए या इसके अनुसार अपारक एसोसिएट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के वैध हितों की रक्षा के लिए, या जब यह सहमति प्रसंस्करण के लिए एकमात्र आधार या आधार नहीं है, जानकारी को संसाधित करना जारी रख सकती हैं।
मैं स्वीकार करता हूं कि चूंकि इस सहमति के आधार पर अपारक एसोसिएट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड अनुरोधित उत्पादों के संबंध में अनुबंध में प्रवेश कर सकता है और अनुबंध के प्रयोजनों के लिए जानकारी को संसाधित करना आवश्यक है और होगा, मेरे/हमारे द्वारा इस सहमति को वापस लेने से अपारक एसोसिएट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और/या प्रसंस्करण संस्थाएं अनुबंध के प्रयोजनों के लिए जानकारी को संसाधित करना जारी रखने से नहीं रोकेगी।
